No matter the reason why you are buying or selling real estate, there are going to be a lot of dollars involved. We understand the stress and know that education is often the best way to remedy the anxiety. So we take the time to listen, explain, listen…and explain again as many times as it takes.

And knowing the local market is a big advantage. The thing about real estate, is that it’s “hyper local” – this means that (despite your typical larger forces) it’s a very small and local market. It means that similar houses half a kilometre away from one another can have very different values. Which one is closer to public transportation? Are there hydro wires? Which one is closer to the neighbourhood elementary school? When dealing with condo apartments the very location within the building has an effect on values!

So buying or selling a home needn’t be a stressful, complicated process. All you need is the calm steady advice of someone who has been through it all and knows Lakeview like the back of his hand.

 That’s where I come in.

I’ve lived in Lakeview for the last 22 years. I’ve raised two kids in the area. My wife Deborah and I took them to hockey practice and baseball games and dance recitals; we’ve been regulars at the Dominion turned Metro turned Longos in Applewood Plaza and have loved summer-time bike rides down to Dairy Cream.
